Terms of use
Effective: Friday 23 October 2026
1. Who we are
My Good Side (mygoodside.app) is run by Margarita Margarita Pty Ltd, ABN 67 612 908 442, Queensland, Australia. Contact us at hello@mygoodside.app.
2. What My Good Side does
My Good Side lets you create a shared album for an occasion. Guests use the album's invite link or QR code to add photos, videos and notes, and everything lands in one stream.
3. Paying to open an album
Each album is free for its first 50 photos and 5 videos. Photos and videos added after that are kept, waiting, until someone pays to open the album. Anyone in the album can pay A$29, one-off, including GST, to open the whole album for everyone in it. Our Refunds page explains refunds.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you let us store, copy and show it to people who have the album link, only so the service works.
5. What you can upload
You must be 18 or over to create an album or pay. Only upload photos and videos you took or have permission to share. Don't upload anything illegal, sexually explicit or hateful, anything meant to hurt or embarrass someone, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Think about the people in your photos before you share them, especially children.
6. Invite links and host links
Anyone with an album's invite link can see the album and add to it, so share it only with people you want there. The host link lets whoever has it remove anything in the album or wipe it. Keep it private.
7. Removing content
Guests can remove what they added, from the same browser they added it from. Hosts can remove anything in their album. We may remove photos, videos, notes or whole albums that break these terms. To report something, email hello@mygoodside.app with the album link.
8. Keep your own copies
My Good Side isn't a permanent backup. Download the photos you want to keep. Our Privacy page explains how long albums are kept and how to delete them.
9. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep My Good Side running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect loss, or for what people upload to an album. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll publish any changes on this page, and the date at the top will show when they last changed.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
